A delicious fruity cocktail that is perfect for brunch,Valentine's Day or anything celebratory. Made with strawberry creamsicle and white wine, this is refreshing, fresh and sets the mood perfectly.

Serves: 6
  • Fresh strawberries - 200 gms.
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup cream or use ½ cup vanilla icecream.
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne
  • Strawberries thinly sliced for muddling
  • Strawberry for garnish.
  • Products needed:
  • Champagne flutes + lock & lock air tight freezer box + ice cream scooper
  1. Chop the clean strawberries and heat them in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Wait till they get soupy. Then add the sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves. Add the lemon juice.Adjust as per your personal preference. It should be sweet but not too much.
  3. Blend the strawberries and pass them through a sieve. Discard the seeds.
  4. Let the mixture cool.
  5. Once the mixture is cool, throw it in an air tight container and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  6. When you are ready to assemble your drinks, spoon a scoop of the strawberry cream into a champagne flute. Then add some thinly sliced strawberries.
  7. Finally pour the sparkling wine or champagne over the top and drop in a strawberry for garnish.
  8. Serve.
