  1. Mix the ingredients together till emulsified properly. Keep aside
For the PadThai
  1. Start by pouring boiling water over the pad thai and letting it soak for 5 mins. Heat a wok or skillet. Once hot, add some sesame oil, chopped garlic and onion and saute. Add the veggies to it and stir fry for 5 mins till fork tender. Next add the soaked Pad Thai, and the sauce (start with half of it), and toss everything together to combine well. If needed add more sauce and toss again. Serve hot garnished with spring onion, fresh zucchini roses, crushed peanuts and sesame seed.
