  1. Chop all the fruits and vegetables into the tiniest bits that you can. Use a chopper or do it by knife like me. Put in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, add the spices to the lemon juice and sugar, mix well. Pour this over the fruits, add the cilantro and mint. Cover and let sit for atleast 2 hrs to overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. When ready, give it a good mix and serve along with some nachos or chips. Perfect as a topping on any grilled meat, chicken or fish. Store in an airtight container for 5-7 days in the fridge. Adjust lime and chili as per taste.
