Start by mixing together the pumpkin puree and white chocolate chips. Put them on heat in a saucepan and let everything melt. Once it melts, add the milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice and mix thoroughly. Whisk well!
Now let it simmer on low for 5 mins. Do NOT boil.
After that, use a hand blender or whisk to mix it all very fast so that it becomes creamy and frothy.
Now add half cup of coffee into a mug, top with half of the mixture. Add whipped cream on top if desired. If not, add a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice and white chocolate shavings and serve!
