Garlic infused butter noodles is the perfect fall/winter dinner when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen yet want a dinner loaded with flavors. Subtle, spicy and beautifully buttery noodles that just make one feel instantly comforted.
Start by infusing the garlic at the same time as cooking the noodles (as per the package instructions). Saves time.
Add butter and olive oil in a pan. Once the butter has melted add the garlic and let it cook on the lowest heat for 7 minutes. Add spring onions and green chili in the last two minutes and continue cooking.
In the meantime drain the noodles when done and keep aside.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Pour the sauce into the pan and cook on medium high for 40 secs. Add salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Now toss in add the cooked noodles and toss it really well with the sauce. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes and serve hot.
Garnish with more spring onion, chili and chili flakes if desired or add your own protein and vegetables!
