Saucy Saturdays #18

A link party for all food bloggers and DIY bloggers. Share your best creations with us and have it ALL pinned andSHARED on social media by the four of us.

First things first. Wishing everyone a Very Spooky & Chilling Halloween…Hope you get to scare loads of people, get a great loot of Halloween candies and more importantly come back home to a grand feast with your family & friends!!

Yes, its officially the best season of the year, my favorite season for sure.  If my trans Atlantic & American friends are busy celebrating with Halloween, I & me friends from India are having our share of festivities with Durga Puja, Karwachauth and the best of all, Diwali (coming shortly..yay).

I know you guys must be wondering where have I been for the past two weeks!! Well, I was enjoying in Thailand…and the naughty girl that I am, I definitely didn’t bring my laptop to vacation. However I did check out many of the posts and I was so happy to see new faces on the link up and most of our old friends too. Thank you so much for visiting us and making this party a rocking one!! From next week you will be seeing certain changes to SaucySaturdays, one that we hope you will like even better.

Hope you all had a great week..I did too! I have been doing some really delicious cooking.. stay tuned to this page for more!!

Rose-tea smoked chicken tikka masala, adapted from Michelin starred chef Vikas Khanna's recipe - a scrumptious curry with a silken smooth deceptively flavorful gravy and succulent pieces of chicken tikka smothered in what is no doubt the best gravy EVER.

Let me start off by saying I had the best cook in a long time where I absolutely LOVED re-creating one of my food idols, Chef Vikas Khanna’s recipe., one that was on Masterchef Australia!! It was seriously amazing to make something authentically Indian, but with a great new twist, to try out a technique i never had before and to take my plating standards to a professional level. Yes, this recipe and pic are going on the menu of a 4* restaurant here!!! Should I be jumping? (I already am :P) Go check out my Rose-tea smoked Chicken Tikka Masala now 🙂

And while I am sharing good stuff, how can I NOT share this awesome creation by our co-host and dearest friend Jennifer of Taketwotapas. Coffin cakes with skulls & bones… Now we are talking Halloween!!

Don’t forget to follow my co-hosts and me on instagram to get a candid peek into our daily lives :)
